TVMC is an AI-enhanced education platform for South Africa’s skilled trades. It brings training, verification, mentorship, and connection together in one place, so young people can learn a trade, prove it, and find work.
South Africa faces a difficult paradox. Youth unemployment sits at almost 64 percent, yet the country is short around 10,000 artisans every year. The gap comes from limited access to quality trades education, too little mentorship, certificates that are hard to verify, and job matching that rarely works. TVMC was built to close that gap across all four areas, and to carry a learner all the way from unemployment to a job or a business of their own.
